Modern, secluded private patio with canopied hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and lounge space. Great space for couples and intimate gatherings. Mood lighting throughout! The space has been used for romantic get aways, spa get aways, urban campouts, bridal showers, baby showers, intimate celebrations, photo shoots, personal retreat, staycations, ++ Indoor space includes: bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The indoor space can be accessed from the patio. It is on the smaller side. Capacity: 10, up to 15 will be considered. Rate adjustment applies. Discounted rate will be provided for events booked for 8+ hours. Additional terms apply. Deposit Required. Fully refundable as long as there is no damage. Rental terms will be provided along with a firm quote once details are exchanged and confirmed in writing by guest and property/space property manager. Outdoor movie projector is actively in the process of being added and can be booked for an additional add-on fee. Other add-ons: Hot tub amenity - service fee: $275 Propane: $40 per tank Cleaning fee: $125 - $250 depending on group size

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I have always had my professional cleaning service provide a detailed cleaning service. Although we have always provided a very clean space ("sparkling clean" - according to guests), we have added additional layers of cleaning and disinfectant which includes adding additional disinfectants to surfaces. The space was already designed and set-up as an indoor-outdoor space: the bedroom and living room both have sliding doors that open up into the private patio allowing more ventilation and easy access to the private patio from both rooms. On the opposite side of the living room, there is another sliding door which opens up to a small balcony that faces Market St. The hallway that leads from the living room to the bedroom also has windows.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
