Perfect space for all of your event needs. The venue has an open-concept, industrial feel with a touch of residential glam aesthetic! The best uses for our space are: - Dinner/Brunch Parties - Happy Hours - Pop-ups - Mixers - Workshops - Networking Events - Wedding Shower - Bridal Shower - Meetings - Conferences - Fitness Classes - Content Creation - Photoshoots - All sorts of celebrations! Our space can be customized for you. All bookings include: - 16 - 4x4 white & acrylics tables (can be combined) - 80 - smoke black acrylic chairs - Lounge Area - Standard kitchen with gas range stove, refrigerator, and microwave Décor items, rentals, and in-house services are offered at an additional price.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
The use of the stovetop and oven requires proof of catering insurance.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Space itself was wonderful! Hosts were great, even helped set up and move furniture for my events needs (extremely helpful!!!). Very easy to communicate with, and we’re timely at check in and check out! Already have sent this space to a friend for a possible rental for her! Would definitely rent again!

The space was everything I could of hoped for! It allowed me to bring my event to life. The hosts were also great at communicating and meeting my needs.

Lo’ and Rosie were awesome hosts and very accommodating. I had my small intimate wedding reception at the venue and it checked all my boxes. There were tables (solid wood table and folding tables) and chairs for all guests and a fridge to store food and drinks. The space was pre-decorated so we just had to set up minor decorations for my needs. The wall color was white and it went with any color scheme I chose.
