- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Two meetings , two years in a row in this space and two huge sales contracts secured! Luck? I think not - this space is perfect. The staff is so welcoming, the first floor access is awesome, it's clean and comfy and there was even hot coffee and snacks. Fingers crossed for round three next fall! Thanks so much for having us and see you next year.

Oh my goodness! This was our first time using Peerspace and this experience was AWESOME! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. Ryan was swift and efficient. And the space was perfect! Lobby level (no elevators), easy to find, not awkward, comfortable, very clean and perfect in every way! Thanks a ton to the whole team and we will be back!
