About the Space

House has a downstairs available with a kitchen, two living rooms, bathroom, and "plant room." Only the downstairs is available for rental. Upstairs is temporarily off-limits. The kitchen is pretty open. Currently, two different living set-ups. The downstairs is pretty bare and plane which allows for rearrangement and props to be utilized. Great space for short films, general productions, photoshoots, music videos, and other creative projects. We have a plant room that has a nice day and night time aesthetic. The room can be used for storage of belongings, make-up & hair, wardrobe, and general usage. The space is always evolving on a yearly or seasonal basis. We constantly change out our sets and redecorate the space. Welcome to the Salt Creative House. We've had honorable influencer guests at our space and we would love to host you as well.

Parking description

Parking lot across the street at Tennis Facility Complex --- No overnight parking. Street parking available on both sides of the street. Back of house parking available for heavy load lifting.

Lighting description

Natural light during certain hours of the day (1-5 typically) There are curtains on all windows. Brightest time of day is most likely 2-4. Natural light can be controlled by closing window blinds.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Since we are beside the beltline, there is constant traffic by the house. I am on a busy street. (Sound varies depending on weather / time of day) Noise from appliances isn't a big issue / maybe AC unit.

Equipment loading description

Equipment can come thru the garage or front door. Only 2-4 steps max. Entrance may need a ramp for heavier production gear. Loading trucks can come thru the front or back as well. Trucks are fine on the street as long as they are not blocking the fire hydrants.

Staging area is available

Bathroom or small guest room downstairs is available for make-up & wardrobe.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Upstairs is currently off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are outlets found all over the space. Additionally, we have extra surge protectors and extension cords if needed. (Please request before hand). The circuit breaker is found in the garage and should only be flipped in emergencies or for reconfiguring any problems.

General Rules

No holes. Can rearrange furniture, but must ask before doing so. No alcohol. No smoking in the building. Upstairs is off limits. Must clean-up and reorganize. Access to upstairs is granted only with permission.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved, but must be reset to original layout to best of ability. Wall decorations can also be moved, but space must be reset to original set-up.

Smoke machines are allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Before / After - We sanitize the downstairs with disinfectant wipes including all counters, handles, and shared appliances.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
