About the Space
YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES A WHITE BACKDROP!!! ALL BOOKINGS ARE ON AN HOURLY BASIS. NO 30 MINUTE BOOKINGS. YOUR BOOKING CANNOT START AT OR END AT 2.30 OR 5.30. IT MUST START ON THE HOUR AND END ON THE HOUR. Our photo studio was setup not just with the photographer in mind, but also to make it easy for potential clients to come with their team (Hair, Makeup etc) and have everything they need to achieve their photoshoot. We have 1. Automatic roll-up colored backdrops. Over 20 colored backdrops, over 30 canvas backdrops and Godox strobes with triggers for Nikon, Canon and Sony. 2. A makeup stand with lights and height adjustable chair (so the makeup artist does not need to lug lights and chair around) 3. Changing room 4. In-ceiling sound system (play your music through Bluetooth) 5. large screen 4K TV to preview images as you take them. 6. Wifi 7. Parking space available. (Street parking only. DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVE-WAY). 8. No pets allowed. 9. Please do not use the props unles you have paid for them. They are not free.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I made this 1-hour photo shoot work for my son’s 17th birthday, but it honestly was awkward that it’s in the basement of the host’s house and the host hovered around us for the entire shoot. I bought my own photographer but had no idea that the host is a photographer and he seemed irritated that I was using my own photographer and was knit-picky about us touching the backdrops that I paid extra money to use. The entire shoot was awkward and uncomfortable. Then he disappeared about 10-15 minutes before our shoot was over but we had paid for one more colored backdrop and had to wait for him to get back because he hadn’t given us permission or instructions on how to change the backdrop ourselves. He wasn’t mean to us but it was simply uncomfortable almost like a parent watching a kid thinking they’re gonna break something. I would NOT return.
