About The Montage

Our conference room includes Seating for up to 20 people, FREE WIFI, Portable TV with HDMI connection, White Board, and More. Kitchen is available for catering needs, equipped with microwave and warming ovens. Lobby has offers drink and snack vending machines. Parking lot has plenty of space with additional overflow parking if needed. We are conveniently located near Grand Central Plaza, including Fred Meyer, Thatchers coffee, a hair and nail salon, as well as multiple restaurants, so you can easily accomplish your errands.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We hire professional cleaning teams to cleaning before and after each rental. Staff temperature is taken prior to starting work and anyone who displays symptoms of any kind are asked to stay home.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
