About the Space
An open floor plan, this space is a 600 sqft studio on the top floor with a beautiful view across a historic church. It has significant natural light and comes furnished. Many photoshoots have been done here and the furniture can be utilized or moved around as needed for appropriate staging. Photoshoots, film crews welcome. We have musical instruments, a large whiteboard, a bamboo desk, reclaimed wood table, adjustable mini table, large Apple desktop monitor, yoga mat, classic bed, Remington typewriter for a nostalgia feel, and custom touches throughout the space. The kitchen area is contemporary with white subway tiles for the backsplash and sleek, dark cabinets.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
