You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. (Please see info about insurance below to bring in alcohol.) Thanks for your understanding! ***DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACE: "Set-Ready" staged space great for parties, birthday parties, 70s themed parties, photo shoots, video shoots, stylish hip celebrations, entertaining, holidays, meetings, team building, networking events, meetups, baby showers, live music (acoustic and electric performances) and showcases. A photographer's and filmmaker's dream with different themed rooms (tiki jungle room green room/dressing room, 60s retro blue room, 70s retro living room, jungle etc.) Large (22'x33') unique family room 70s style decor with rare sunken couch seating area and huge stone fireplace | firepit area covering a 16' wall. Awesome 70s stone cocktail bar, 12' ceilings. Room has 16' ceilings if standing in sunken fireplace lounge. ***Main Family Room area above can also double as a Dance Floor area, all furniture can be moved. Can easily fit 100 dancers. Sound system can also be set up in that room or a step up near entry way. Large (35'x25') living room combo raised dining room, 60s retro theme. Kitchen and Dining Nook. There is a large empty mini fridge available for your exclusive use. Full fridge is not provided, let us know in advance if you need something additional. 2 full bathrooms with showers. Dressing Room | Green Room also doubles as Jungle Tiki Themed Room for Photo/Video Shoots Huge backyard with extra large 3'-10' deep saltwater lap pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, lawn area, and additional cocktail bar. ***Note: Tables that are included in this listing are folding tables - we have 2 (6') folding tables. Tables for large groups to dine at would have to be rented elsewhere. Chairs included in this listing are for casual seating, we don't have fold-up chairs for large attendance dining. Those would also have to be rented outside of us.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The most amazing party our group has ever had! 50 of us celebrated several 21st Birthday’s while in Vegas. A true disco party....Retro 70’s style!! The owners (and DJ’s!!) Victor & Alicia were awesome hosts for our themed event. The house is huge with room to mingle, take pictures and dance. Literally the best value you will ever find for a large group to get together and party. It couldn’t have went better. Thank you Victor and Alicia!!!
