About the Space
My 1920's home is lovely with many unique features. The living/kitchen/dining rooms are open concept facilitating easy conversation between visitors throughout the space. There is a double fireplace with a cozy sun room on the adjacent side. The kitchen is bright, airy and newly remodeled. The original walnut woodwork surrounds the downstairs spaces. There are built in bookcases between the dining and living areas. A gorgeous stained-glass window greets you moving toward the staircase. There are three comfortably-decorated bedrooms upstairs with a king, queen, and twin bed to choose from. The upstairs bath is attractively decorated and amply stocked with amenities. There is a full laundry station in the basement for guest use and a sweet half-bath. The shady backyard delights with it's enormous pine canopy beckoning you to stay a while.
