Our modern and beautiful space is perfect for your next creative film or photo production. Ideal space for office-related shoots and filmed interviews. We'd love to host your next product shoot, video shoot, tutorial video, web series, and more. The open floor plan is very flexible, our spaces custom furniture can be used as-is for your production or moved to accommodate your production as well as we can supply rental tables and chairs. Our venue is conveniently adjacent to the Richmond Bart Station and Richmond Bart Station parking structure. Amenties: - Custom Furniture -WiFi - AV Equipment: projector screen, wireless microphones, speaker system, live streaming capability. - Kitchen Area: Refrigerator, wine chiller, large counter, sink - Rentals : ten 8 foot , one 6 foot and one 4 foot tables , 100 folding chairs - Bart adjacent to location

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amazing event space! I hosted an art exhibit here and it was the best experience! There’s great parking for guest, LaMarla and staff were super helpful, the space is super affordable, and they were super easy to work with. I will definitely book again!

This space is gorgeous and with it's high celling's and modular furniture it can be transformed into anything. We used the space to record our church service live and it worked out perfect. There was even an additional meeting in the space that could only happen because they also have soundproof conference rooms!!! Everything was as advertised and the host La Marla was responsive, kind and very professional. We will be using the space again.

The host was amazing! Communication was done in a efficient and timely manner. The booking process was smooth and easy. When I arrived for my baby shower I was amazed at how spacious and clean the space was. There were tables and chairs available to use which helped make the event run smooth. Staff was present during the event to answer questions and support! I truly love this space and will be using it again in the near future!!

I had a pleasure with working with La Marla and she was awesome to work with! She checked in and continuously offered her help! I was worried about spacing for my dessert table and photo booth hand she reassured me I would have enough space and she was correct, I had more than enough space for what I needed for my daughter’s graduation party! I would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone looking for a venue to host their party!
