To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we're implementing the following cleaning procedures between meeting space bookings: Thorough Cleaning: Surface Disinfection: All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and door handles, will be thoroughly disinfected using EPA-registered disinfectant. High-Touch Areas: Particular attention will be paid to high-touch areas, such as light switches and remote controls. Carpet Cleaning: Carpets will be vacuumed daily and professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. Air Quality: HVAC systems will be maintained and air filters replaced as needed to ensure good air quality. Sanitizing Supplies: Hand sanitizer will be readily available for guests' use in common areas. Ventilation: When possible, meeting spaces will be ventilated with fresh air between bookings. Additional Measures: We encourage guests to maintain social distancing and practice good hygiene. Sick guests are asked to reschedule their meetings. By following these procedures, we're committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
