2 Studios for the price of one! Enjoy our intimate studio, The Bedroom, which includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful space that is flooded with stellar natural light all day long. Right next door is our other intimate studio, The Bungalow which features bold & photogenic colors. In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: • Furniture shown in our photos (which is subject to be updated without notice) • Light floors and curated colors that create an ideal backdrop for your creative projects • A photogenic daybed in The Bedroom that's styled to perfection, and a gorgeous sofa in The Bungalow for an apartment fee. • Private parking lot • Air conditioning STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 3 adults (including photographer) and 3 children -No pets **** This intimate studio is ideal for very small photo productions, film productions, fashion & lookbook shoots, and content creation. This is not a space to bring a makeup artist, as there is no makeup station. We are located on the second floor and there is stair access only.
