Our beautiful clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely would not book again! I messaged a week before because i saw reviews about the AC not working and to confirm my booking again. I was assured everything was fine. I called the clubhouse before and they had no reservations on the books. They called me back and said i am now confirmed and the AC is up and running. Come the next day the AC is indeed broken. No one is actually on site so i had to leave voicemails and messages. I finally got a call back stating someone would come out and fix the AC. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and the inside was reading 86. The repair man said he may have fixed it but it would take up to 5 hours for it to actually cool down. My grandmother and aunts had to leave early because they absolutely could not stand being in the hot room. I had to ask first to come later and leave earlier because it was so hot. Even after i called the day before to make sure it was properly working! This was my engagement party all of my photos are ruined because everyone looked hot and annoyed or they were fanning themselves with a plate. I was so upset and embarrassed. My night was completely ruined

The clubhouse was comfortable, modern, and clean to have a celebration of life for my brother. Lauren C. was friendly and helpful with the booking of the space. The only thing that I could think of that requires a little of attention is if they require to vacuum and sweep the space after the event maybe they could have a vacuum and broom available. There’s also a smoke detector that kept beeping through out the time we were there. They never fixed it after we let them know about it. However, we were happy with the space and the price. I would recommend to others. Thank you.

This was my worst experience ever. I was given instructions in the communication on 2 days prior as to where to go, who to call etc. Last night (day of) I arrived and no one was there. I called the number. No answer. I tried the emergency number and they knew nothing about the rental. We never got into the original rental. Communication with the original person helped me to understand this is not a peerspace fault. It is the company renting the location The person I originally communicated with is in CO. I am in Florida. Bad planning and Communication within their organization. During our conversations I was given a couple of access code, but they didn't work. Manager was 45 minutes away. At 7:16pm I received a phone call that a person in a neighboring community would allow us to use their facility. By the time we got there and set up it was almost 8pm and some of our guests had to leave. I feel like I should be enrolled to at least one hour refund for our frustration. My recommendation to future bookers. Call them the day of and make sure someone will be there.
