- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

This amazing classic Hollywood Hills Mansion is strategically located right above sunset blvd in West Hollywood. This is an ideal space for: • Music Videos • Photo Shoots • Film Shoots The backyard boasts a pool and hot tub and overlooks the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Hollywood sign! The bedrooms are usually NOT accessible to guests but this can be negotiated in the event that this might be needed for an extra cost.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The Host was very nice and respectful. I would rent here again because the house is as shown in the pictures. However, the location did not seem like it had been cleaned at all and my crew complained about the state of the property and level of cleanliness afterward.

The space is beautiful but when we arrived the house was filthy. The kitchen counters were covered in grime, there was cut fruit that had been sitting out on the counter, alcohol bottles laying around, and even broken glass on the counter. I was rushing to clean the place up before my chef arrived because I was embarrassed for her to see how filthy the place we rented was. I brushed crumbs off the counter and ended up cutting myself on broken glass. The bathroom had no soap. The hosts were not wearing masks. The hosts were aware we were going to use the outside yet the outside was even dirtier than the inside. There were empty coolers laying around, trash, dirty towels, etc. all the outdoor furniture was filthy and has not been wiped down in months. The pool was dirty and filled with leaves. This place felt like a frat house- not something you pay 1800 for... additionally the hosts were AT the house during the event, walking around. Additionally one person who lives in the house went on their balcony and started smoking cigarettes while we were outside trying to enjoy an intimate dinner. I cannot express how disappointed I was. It is absolutely not acceptable. The lights outside did not all work, there were lights in the trees that didn’t work. The house smelled bad. The list goes on. I definitely would not stay here again unless you hire a deep cleaning company to come before.
