Recently featured in Dwell, Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Real Simple, Sunset Magazine, My Domaine, Rue Magazine, and Apartment Therapy House Tours, this airy craftsman home offers comfort and style in one of the most coveted and centrally located neighborhoods in Berkeley. The home has been used in video and still shoots for Apple, Chevy, Molekule Air, Parents Magazine, and Man Crates. The open floor plan leads into a bright, stylish dining room and kitchen. The home has two medium sized styled bedrooms upstairs. There is a sunny patio perfect for staging and craft services and a gated parking spot is included for easy loading. Easy two-hour street parking, and budget-friendly parking lot one block away on Colby between Ashby and Webster. Photographer Note: Plenty of light all day with morning light in the kitchen and afternoon light in the living and dining rooms. Top quality space and top quality host! Shira’s house is tasteful, fun and versatile. Shira is gracious, collaborative and helpful (and literally wrote the book “Minimalista” on this house!) Happy to be there today and would be happy to shoot there again!
