About the Space
This stunning lakehouse in upstate New York is a production dream. With floor to ceiling windows, natural light floods the space. The living room features a massive fireplace setting a warm and cozy scene. A loft overlooking the living room gives easy access for aerial shots. The five bedrooms offer a variety of well designed and styled spaces. The kitchen features a beautiful blue backsplash and statement wicker pendant lights hanging over the center island. With the beautiful lake and tall trees just outside of the back door, the views are remarkable.
General Rules
1- Must leave space as it was found.
2- No smoking.
3- Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
4- All rentals include set up and clean up time.
5- Trash should be taken out at the end of your booking, and taken with you.
6- Nothing can be moved without permission from the host, and photos taken before moved.
7- No shoes in house
8- No tape on floor
9- No moving of plants without help from owner
All productions with video or crew size above 20 people are subject to these additional costs:
1- $1000 flat fee upon booking
2- All overtime hours are charged at 1.5x/hour

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
