Sprocket Ranch, a newly remodeled desert home set on 2 acres of land, scattered with its own large Joshua Trees. A bright, modern, secluded piece of desert heaven complete with an above ground pool and endless entertainment, ready for your next film or photo production! Take a dip in our brand new above ground pool complete with wooden deck and sun loungers, BBQ and dine alfresco with endless outdoor seating and dining options or simply sit back and relax around our fire pit watching the incredible sunsets that backdrop the desert. If games are your thing you will not be disappointed. Enjoy our full sized vintage style Skee Ball machine, or get competitive over some classic board games including Taboo, Monopoly and Cards Against Humanity. The games don't end inside, outdoors we have our very own Croquet set, Corn Hole, Paddle Board and Ring Toss. Watch a movie on our 50 inch Smart Roku TV or listening to some tunes on our Record Player with Bluetooth speakers whilst drinking a beverage you put together from our home bar cart. **We are well equipped for families with young children. House comes complete with Highchair, 1 Pack n Play crib, 2 Regalo portable beds (Ages 2-6), selection of plastic childrens dinnerware. No loud music after 11pm No smoking inside the home No pets allowed Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $125, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
