About the Space
Beautiful luxury space in a flexible setting available for rent. The Transformation Lounge as we call it is our wellness studio filled with plants and light (when it's sunny). It's perfect for smaller-scale media projects like photoshoots, interviews, any wellness-related media productions, and workshops. This listing is for private usage of the studio space ONLY, the rest of the space is available to everyone present at our wellness center. To rent the whole space or to add on any treatment rooms please submit an inquiry. The rest of the premises include: -2 bathrooms -Large waiting area -Kitchenette with fridge and filtered water -Tables -Chairs -Yoga mats -Blankets -Seat cushions -Massage chair -An amazing community of wellness-minded practitioners and staff -Wellness services such as acupuncture, massage, craniosacral therapy, salt cave, etc. The space can be configured to your purpose, we keep it open for any suitable use. The rest of our space that is actively used for wellness sessions is located on the other side of the waiting area and reception. Located in the heart of Midtown, 3 blocks north of Bryant Park, near most subway lines. NO GARBAGE is allowed to be put on the side walk after any events on Sat and Sun, and it must be put in containers provided by the building on other days. If the landlord gets a ticket it will have to be covered by the rented party.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was the perfect space for my Friendsgiving event! It fit 24 people and still had a lot of room. The space was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Enensaauas was also very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this space!

A great set up! Rented this space for a Pilates class and salt cave afterwards. Enensaauas let me come look at the space before and her assistant was so kind and helpful during the event! I would say they were the most accommodating across all of the peer space rentals I have used so far. Would most definitely book again! I fit 13 yoga mats in the space but space fits more like 10.

Enensaauas is an exceptional host! Her Wellness Center was the perfect Setting for my meditation/yoga and tea ceremony event. I highly recommend it!
