EVENT INSURANCE Parties larger than 30 people or where alcohol will be served will require one-time insurance. We accept insurance purchased from www.eventhelper.com, Peerspace’s recommended provider. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. Please note, it is important the Supplemental Booking Agreement terms are followed, as fines will be enforced at the cost of $250. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the total cost, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is absolutely NO SMOKING and NO ILLICIT DRUGS allowed in the space or on the property (including outdoor area, if included in your booking). No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No pets are allowed (services animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act). Guest is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Signs and displays are subject to Host’s approval. No amplified music is allowed. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. We do not offer catering services.
