Built in the early 1900's the Attic is a 5000+ sq ft open space with exposed brick walls & original glass windows. Access to bathrooms and power. If our operating hours and available times don’t work for your production, message us your preferred hours This is a working paint factory from 1907. Might be dusty, poorly insulated, and have a paint smell in some areas that are shared with the paint facility.
