About the Space

Our home has old Portland Charm with updated features. It is available for meeting retreats and creative brainstorming sessions. You will have access to the entire home minus a couple closet spaces, with living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Features include: - Wrap around front porch with two entrances -12 feet high ceilings - Large entry way and beautiful front doors - Original vintage fixtures. - Well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, serving dishes, silverware and dishes for 15-20 people, French press, various kitchen utensils and tools. Kitchen appliances include blender, Cuisinart, coffee maker, five burner stove, toaster etc. microwave and dishwasher. - Linens and towels along with local bath products - dining table that seats 15 - Fast Wifi - Netflix - Bluetooth speaker - New fast and efficient furnace (and central air conditioning) - Books, magazines, games and puzzles -Large beautiful window seat - Non-toxic, green, sustainable house cleaners are used. - Large outside deck with table and chairs You will have access to the entire house with the exception of one of the 5 bedrooms. Please note there is a 15 person maximum on the property without prior approval. To discuss exceptions, please contact us in advance. A smart lock keypad allows for convenient self check-in upon arrival. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Interaction with guests We assume you want privacy and we respect that. . We are usually available if needed. . Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Parties are strictly prohibited.

. We have taken special precautions for your health and safety as well as the health and safety of our housekeepers during the COVID 19 pandemic. Our space has always been sparkling clean but during this time we are taking extra measures for everyone’s safety by doing more sanitizing with hospital grade products instead of the natural products we normally use. We have provided a pair of gloves as well as a few disposable face masks in case you forgot yours or need an extra. We are following the guidelines provided by the CDC.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
