Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was perfect and just the right size. Check-in was easy and the front desk employee was very helpful. My fiancé was really impressed and enjoyed our moment!

I used this space for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The host was very responsive during the booking process. The original space I wanted was booked so she sent me other options. The space looked just as advertised. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely book with this host again.

I loved using this space for my sister's engagement party and I also loved how responsive Jay was when planning! However, I did have a few concerns that I want to share in order to make this a better space for future guests: - The room was smaller than what I expected. I do think that it looks much bigger in the picture so when I saw it in person, I was quite disappointed. The description states that it could fit 50 ppl, however, I had about 20 guests and it was quite tight for us. So if you have a party of 50, I would advise looking into other room options that they provide. - I would also suggest that Jay have 2 hosts on site. One at the front desk (since I was told that someone always has to be at the front desk) and another host that is able to aid w/ letting guests into the building and other minute duties. It was a struggle for me to make sure everything was set up AND worrying about letting guests into the building. -If having 2 hosts is not optional, then I would suggest having a temporary code that people could use to be let in. Asides from that, I enjoyed using the space. Thanks, Jay!

This venue was the perfect fit for my 30 something birthday dinner. Prior to booking, the host was very responsive and answered all of my questions/concerns. The on-site staff was very helpful and assisted my guest throughout the night. The space was very clean upon arrival. We were able to have musical entertainment (dj) and there was a mounted tv (not pictured) with a HDMI cord for connection. This was very useful for my surprise slideshow. I would highly recommend this venue and will be booking again in the near future!

The staff member Savanna was very nice. However details of the space weren’t disclosed until the day before and the day of the event. I was notified the day before that our event could not be loud. We planned on playing music and that was disrupted. Also there was trash gas full of food in the spaces that we were told that would be included in our event. We ended up cleaning up the kitchen space better than how we received it. I was not informed that kitchen space would be a shared space on the day of the event. No one knew were the tables and chairs were when we arrived and it put us behind with set up for our event. This caused us to start late and have less time for our event. Overall I appreciate the space but I think communication needs to addressed to make this a better space.

I had an extremely pleasant experience working with Jay and the on-site staff the day of my event. There was clear and timely communication. The large kitchen space and additional lounge seating areas were a bonus. The staff graciously offered a cart to help during our removal of our extensive amount of materials at the end of our booking. I look forward to using the space again on the future.
