About the Space
A classic 19th century Catskills barn reimagined as a light-filled, minimalist space, Catskills Barn at Floating Farmhouse features translucent panels of anodized aluminum, a soaring wall of zinc-coated steel, original woodwork and wavy-glass windows, and an enormous retractable wall opening the space to the sweeping lawns, ancient apple trees, towering pines, and private river surrounding it. 2 hrs from NYC. Catskills Barn is located on the grounds of Floating Farmhouse, an 1820 manor home featured in Dwell magazine and available on Peerspace as well.

All vehicles must be parked on the property.
As per Town code, all noise and music must be kept within maximum decibel levels permitted.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
