About the Space
1,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Santa Monica with a clean white cyclorama wall and 30 ft. high ceilings. The wall measures 25 feet x 9 feet. There is a large bay door (11 feet x 10 feet) that can be used to load and unload equipment. Skylights and garage door provide beautiful natural lighting. Space will be cleared and wall painted prior to your use. Space Features: Conference/lounge room Kitchen area with full-size fridge, sink, microwave, & toaster oven Bathroom w/ sink/mirrors 3 designated parking spots Bay door to move in/out large items Air conditioning, heat Skylights Equipment (included with rental): 3x C-Stands with sliding leg kits 12.9' Backdrop support kit 2x 50ft extension chords Clothing steamer Shoe covers NOTE: We have a four hour minimum. Please also book wisely accounting for the full amount of time you need. If we don't have a conflict, we can extend with 1.5x rate for any subsequent hours after your scheduled time ends.

We have a full sized fridge/freezer, small hand-washing sink (not for dishes), microwave, toaster oven/airfryer, keurig single cup coffee maker, and a nespresso pixie.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
