The Habibi House is a desert sanctuary ranch featuring locally sourced furnishings with handcrafted pieces from desert locations all over the world. Watch the sunrise from the sunroom and spend the evening sitting around the fire pit under the stars. We'd love to host your next meeting retreat, team building activity, workshop, or creative brainstorming session. Space Details: • 4 Car Driveway + Free Street Parking • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed • 2 Restrooms • Large Outdoor Area with Dining Tables • Firepit • 3 bedroom • Record Player with Bluetooth • Full Kitchen • Living Room with Smart TV - Desert landscaping with Joshua Trees and native fauna - Multiple outdoor spaces - Centrally located, 10 minute drive to the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and six minutes to downtown Joshua Tree where all the shops and restaurants are - Lots of natural light -Large open spaces beautifully designed, every area of the house is photo/video ready

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was an incredible location with a lot of versatile outdoor spaces for the perfect desert shoot and indoor/outdoor desert feel. The interior is extraordinary, and the client, talent, and crew were so happy and appreciative of the experience at this location. I loved working with Maggie and so look forward to hopefully having an opportunity to again!
