About the Space
Great Location for Photo & Video Shoots as well as small gatherings in a unique environment full of Glitz, Glamour and Las Vegas History. Available spaces are the Mirrored Entry with a Statue from, "The MATRIX RELOADED" and a custom carved Hollywood Staircase, A chic Dining Room for 10 comfortably with Curtains from, "The Elvis Presley Suite" at The Aladdin Hotel & Casino. Spacious Living Room complete with elaborate displays and a Baby Grand Piano. Fully functioning Kitchen for minor food preparation and Bar Set-Up. Elaborate, "Pirate Bedroom" for Photos & Video Shoots and even a Ballroom and Costume Shop. Greek-Style Swimming pool ( Totally Private ) and Koi Pond with waterfall.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Grant is an excellent host, he was super accommodating with our crew and lovely to speak with. The museum is magical, with each costume having a great story. Looks beautiful on camera, and the space is very quiet for filming.

What a great experience! I'm in awe of both the Host and the museum set up. It's educational, atmospheric, and wholly unique. Grant has a vast knowledge of Vegas History. I could literally book time on Peerspace just to hear his life experience. He's a real gem and I'm so grateful that Grant entrusted his space to my Cast & Crew.

I can’t imagine a more gracious host. Grant and his collection are both national treasures. Not only was he a wonderful spirit to be in the presence of but he’s also an incredible storyteller. He took wonderful care of me and went out of his way to extend his graciousness to each and every guest I had invited. I highly recommend him and his location. Also, I am claiming him as a lifelong friend whether he agrees to it or not lol.
