PLEASE READ PARKING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY There is ONE parking space for the booking. It is located on Dell Ave, after the stop sign at Court D. Its the second space on the left, just before the last bridge, under a tree. You will also see a a city trash can and an orange cone. More parking available further up dell and then to the right on South Venice. Feel free to pull over next to gate to unload before finding street parking. Please be aware this is a one way system. If you miss the spot, you will have to go all the way around again. With this in mind, please feel free to arrive 15 mins early. Canal parking is notoriously tricky, and we would hate for that to affect your shoot in any way. The is also more parking on 28 and Dell. Before the driving bridges start.

PLEASE HAVE EVERYONE ATTENDING THE SHOOT VIEW THESE RULES - To keep costs down, there is no cleaning fee. Therefore you will be expected to leave house as found. Please clean up and return anything moved to its original place. If you intend to use beds in any shot, we ask you to bring your own bedding. If this is found to not be the case, there will be a $200 cleaning fee. By agreeing to the booking, you are agreeing to this. - The booking starts at the agreed time. Access to the premises will not be permitted before the agreed start time. If you need time to unload and set up, please factor this in to your booking - We are located on the main driving street through the canals. If unloading from cars not using the parking space - please ensure you do not block traffic. There is usually space to pull to one side - if there is not, please keep driving until you find space to safely unload - Please take garbage with you. This is a small house and unfortunately our trash cannot accommodate the amount generated by larger crews. PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THE NEIGHBOURS TRASH - Only use the ONE designated parking spot. That is the only space allotted to house - Please no smoking inside. Vapes ok 🚭 - We have beautiful hardwood floors, please be careful with moving equipment and shoes off inside the house. - This is an old house, if you must open the windows, please be gentle, the mechanism has been known to break. There is plenty of ventilation via the three doors to the house. - When outdoors please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. - Please keep front gate and back gate closed as much as possible, again to limit perceived impact to neighbours. - if you intend to shoot outside of the property boarders, please ensure you have the correct permits. I would be happy to assist you with this We love our beautiful canal house and sharing it with you, but can only continue to do so if we limit the impact on our community.
