I received the worst service you can imagine, there was no air in the room!! I got there before the service staff I paid extra for to be present, I call him multiple times, he did not pick up my call, when he arrives he gives a very flimsy unprofessional excuse as to why he doesn’t pick up. The doors downstairs are lock; ie you need a code to get in, I wasn’t informed before hand, so I had to pause my event and keep going down to let in one guest after the other. The worst of all was THERE WAS NO AIR, and Jay says our conference rooms have never been warm before, but Carlos says she knows there’s no air, so I’m confused as to who’s lying; the room was extremely hot, imagine 94 degrees with no air flow whatsoever, and Carlos the staff on standby had a fan outside and said there’s nothing I can do about it!! Very unhelpful, extremely unfair, if they know there would be no air why didn’t they pre inform me or get fans, no thoughtfulness. The worst experience I’ve ever had!! Please ask a lot of questions before you book this space!! I wish I could sue them for all the stress, because sweating through my event and apologizing to my guest that were uncomfortable completely made the entire event sad!! I wish I could rate this a negative 5 star!!

The space was excellent for our event, office space was modern, great look, clean, and easily accessible, parking was free and readily available. Our attendees even complimented how much they enjoyed the boardroom and office overall. Also, the staff supporting us were so helpful and made the process run very smooth.

This conference room space was perfect for my Event Management Workshop. The room was clean, spacious and had great amenities. There were a few hiccups such as, the provided key fob did not work upon arrival and I had to wait for management and/or a tenant of the space to open the door. I called the number that was listed in my email trail from Jay multiple times before I received a text message. The end user (Mary) was pleasant and she was urgent to getting my situation resolved, so that was a plus. With an ineffective key fob this was an inconvenience due to the fact that I had planned for my workshop to begin at 9:00am and I had to stand outside and wait with my team members and the Speaker. I wanted to be prepared and professional. I wish the front desk had tested the key fob prior to giving it to me. Also, I wish there was a list of contacts provided in advance in case there was an emergency, IT, Building management etc. You never know the needs of the client occupying the space. I certainly needed IT's contact information to help me walk through hooking up the laptop to the television, which I received by calling Mary. I highly recommend having staff available onsite when a conference room is being rented. Overall, this was an excellent space at an affordable rate.
