This conference room space was perfect for my Event Management Workshop. The room was clean, spacious and had great amenities. There were a few hiccups such as, the provided key fob did not work upon arrival and I had to wait for management and/or a tenant of the space to open the door. I called the number that was listed in my email trail from Jay multiple times before I received a text message. The end user (Mary) was pleasant and she was urgent to getting my situation resolved, so that was a plus. With an ineffective key fob this was an inconvenience due to the fact that I had planned for my workshop to begin at 9:00am and I had to stand outside and wait with my team members and the Speaker. I wanted to be prepared and professional. I wish the front desk had tested the key fob prior to giving it to me. Also, I wish there was a list of contacts provided in advance in case there was an emergency, IT, Building management etc. You never know the needs of the client occupying the space. I certainly needed IT's contact information to help me walk through hooking up the laptop to the television, which I received by calling Mary. I highly recommend having staff available onsite when a conference room is being rented. Overall, this was an excellent space at an affordable rate.
