About the Space
This space is within a holistic healing center in the Conejo Valley that offers a full tea bar (organic teas and vegan lite bites) and yoga studio space that can be perfectly utilized for your next production including: • photo shoots • film shoots • commercial shoots Amenities include: • 1,100 sq. ft. of lounge space • 600 sq. ft. of studio space • parking • Apple TV • tea bar Our tea lounge and yoga studio was created to be an oasis from the busy world around us. Full event planning can be offered when renting the space, or you can plan your own event.

The space is sound proof and only light noise if people are walking by, but we are not on a busy street. Our space is very secluded and private. No noises from appliances or AC.

No smoking in the space, outside catering is allowed as well as catering options available when renting the space, alcohol can be brought in for private events.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
