Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY
You won’t be charged yet.
Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $600/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $750/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $350 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. See our other locations linked below! Constantly working on adding new locations to fulfill the needs of your creative, visual project. This Madison Avenue Greystone is a stunning, historic photo and film location conveniently located in downtown Manhattan. This building in the heart of New York City sets a scene for photo and video productions who are on the look-out for a New York feel whilst still remaining calm- and stillness. This multiple floor building is perfectly fitting for big and small crews working on extended productions. Best of all, the space is accessible with an elevator, so there's no need to lug any heavy EQ upstairs. Each room in the home offers a rich variety of textures, colors, and moods. The furnished building offers a variety of props perfectly fitting to the ambiance and color palette of this location. If you're looking for a NYC Film Location with many options to explore your story line and bring ideas to life in an aesthetic environment, this is the place to be. This old-school New York building almost remained untouched since back in the day and has a strong, authentic vibe which is hard to find anywhere else. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Find all of our media production locations here: https://host.peerspace.com/nycfilmlocations Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host cancelling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.
