This space features: • 1,000 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring • large ceiling fans • garage door opens to street • tall 2 wall mirrors This space is perfect for your next fitness event such as: • Fitness Classes • Workshops • Auditions This studio space is located within a fitness center in the Birdrock neighborhood of San Diego, just blocks from the beach!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I used the space for Valentine’s Day to sell flowers for my sarahpetals flowers and plants business and the managers specifically, Katie was amazing! She was so helpful and attentive to my needs. Also, the property managers were present and they were so genuine and considerate! I love the space; they gave me the yoga space and it was perfect for my event. Busy street and open space couldn’t have asked for a better venue to sell my flowers. Thank you for being here for entrepreneurs like myself.
