No smoking in the facility. Follow outdoor noise ordinance policies (no loud noise before 8am, and after 9pm, this includes music). Unloading all bars and machines when through using them, placing all weight plates on their proper racks and wiping down equipment after use. Placing weight plates, barbells and dumbbells on their proper racks at the end of each set (not left on the floor). Never spitting into the water fountain or onto the floor. Must wear shirt and shoes at all times. Dispose of trash in the proper places. Do not putting heavy objects or weights of any kind on the railing surrounding the second and third floor. If anything is broken, renter is responsible for paying to have fix or replaced.
