About the Space
This versatile 3,000 sq. ft. newly remodeled fitness center buy out includes use of our: • 1,500 open air rooftop space • 1,000 sq. ft. dance/yoga studio • Personal lockers • Personal showers • Gym equipment • Use of PA system with bluetooth device This space is perfect for your next fitness event such as: • Fitness Classes • Workshops • Group Trainings Entire building will be completely shut down to the public when a buy out is booked. This space is located on the roof of a fitness center in the Birdrock neighborhood of San Diego, just blocks from the beach!

General Rules
No smoking in the facility. Follow outdoor noise ordinance
policies (no loud noise before 8am, and after 9pm, this includes music).
Unloading all bars and machines when through using them, placing all
weight plates on their proper racks and wiping down equipment after use.
Placing weight plates, barbells and dumbbells on their proper racks at
the end of each set (not left on the floor). Never spitting into the
water fountain or onto the floor. Must wear shirt and shoes at all
times. Dispose of trash in the proper places. Do not putting heavy
objects or weights of any kind on the railing surrounding the second and
third floor. If anything is broken, renter is responsible for paying to
have fix or replaced.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
