Available 7-days a week | Open 24/7 This listing books 3,500 ft² of amazing film studio, video studio, photo studio production space (expandable up to 4,500 ft² of cool creative type office space for an additional cost). We can also add green paper to the floor for an additional cost. We offer a 2 speaker 800w 16 channel mixer for audio playback. Our space is perfect for your next video/film/commercial project or photography shoot. ______ Air conditioned space. ______ This is not a nightclub, no raves or late night parties. No alcohol. SOUND A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof. Sounds from the outside can be heard although 1o00's of shoots have not had any issues with the correct mics. Weekends are quite if sound is critical. ADDITIONAL RENTALS We also have a connected cool creative work space that can also be rented Great for conferences, meetings, office scenes etc. As well as an awesome cool outdoor yard space with a grass cyclorama wall and grass area. Over looking the strip. Both spaces are at an additional cost. *Pictures of the add-on space are included in the selection of pics for this space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES We have additional production team members available, such as a camera operator, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services and assistants. You can also ask about our equipment rentals. We have Cabers, lighting, grip and FX available. CONVENIENCE We are based just moments from the strip yet have plenty of parking. We are on the south end of the strip behind NYNY and close to the Orleans casino. Free parking for around 6 cars in our own parking lot, plus lots of free street parking around the corner. This space was great and just what we needed for our shoot! We were traveling from out of town and needed a studio to shoot some product videos. This space is in a great location (not far from the strip) and Ed was very accommodating for our team. He answered all of our questions and even worked with us to ship product to the studio. Would definitely book again if we're in Vegas!
