About the Space
The house is very open and bright. Great for hosting dinners, lunches, intimate events, conferences, photo shoots, filming. The large white walls and open space are perfect for art/photography exhibits The dining room, kitchen, and living room are all one large open space opening to a very private front and backyard by large sliding glass doors. Great for garden parties. I have a firepit, grill, and comfy outdoor seating and beautiful fairy lights for outdoor evening events. There are two full bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
