About the Space
Our unique open industrial space with a relaxed atmosphere and is perfect for: showers, receptions or rehearsals of all kinds, business socials, anniversary or birthday celebrations, fundraisers or holiday parties and more. Our large area includes a stage, lights and sound system. Great for public speaking, performing, or artistic display. We offer a full coffee and tea selection as well as a craft beer and full cocktail bar. We have three functioning garage doors that give access and open out to two patio spaces. No outside alcohol permitted, must be purchased from our venue. *Outside catering allowed. Inquire regarding alcohol. Our 2,800 sq ft space is located in NoDa, short for North Davidson, the city’s arts and entertainment district neighborhood of Charlotte. Features: - 20’ x 20’ stage with lights and sound system - Access to tables and chairs - Dimmable lighting - Full bar - Large roll-up garage doors - Access to three TVs and projector with 8’ widescreen - Parking There are two restrooms in our space, both of which are ADA-compliant. Adequate staffing is included in the rental. I or a member of my team will make ourselves available in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. Just a quarter mile from the heart of NoDa and a block from the LYNX Blue Line light rail, our venue is in the perfect location for you to get from or to just about anywhere throughout the city. ***Please read through our rates carefully: -Weekday Rates (M-Th) 8am-5pm $100/hour 5pm-2am $150/hour -Weekend Rates Friday 8am-7pm $150/hour 7pm-2am $300/hour Saturday & Sunday 8am-7pm $200/hour 7pm-2am $300/hour

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great venue, great host. There was a mild scheduling conflict but it was forgivable as the host allowed us in hours early to help set up and make our party a success. The staff was extremely accommodating and essentially said "our venue is your space, however you want it, for the time you booked it." The bartenders were extremely friendly. If you plan on using any of the lighting equipment or music, I recommend figuring it out a few days ahead of the event.

Great venue, amazing staff. This was perfect for our party and everyone had the best time. Ashley was an amazing bartender and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure everyone was taken care of. I really appreciated Billy and Cam showing up at the beginning and end of the event to check in. Thank you for an awesome night!

My family rented this space for our family reunion and everyone thought it was really nice! The stage was perfect for our karaoke night and party lights were a good touch! The staff was very friendly accommodating and professional. I appreciated their willingness to ensure that everyone was comfortable. I would come back
