Located just minutes from downtown with easy freeway access to the 5 and 8, our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties, and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 25, including sofas and chairs - Private Balcony - Pool Table - Ping Pong Table - Arcade games - Kitchenette equipped with sink and refrigerator - Wi-Fi ***TVs are not available for use*** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Great host and location!
Beautiful space, clean and really spacious. We did have a few residents (it’s in an apartment building) come in but they left pretty quickly. Appreciated the code system because it kept us from having to run back and forth letting people in. Would recommend and use again!

Very nice space, lots of room to host a large crowd with plenty of space to socialize without feeling crowded. We had a group of 40 for a wedding rehearsal dinner and it was very convenient. The space is located inside of an apartment complex but you can share the access code with everyone attending.

This is a fun space and was perfect for my group event!
This is a fun space and was perfect for my group event!
We really enjoyed ourselves in the event space! It was very clean and loved the games. The management was responsive! There were a couple of things I wanted to note: 1. The space technically was open to anyone who lived in the apartment building and people kept coming in. We had to keep telling people that we booked the space and that they had to leave. It happened so much that we had to put chairs to block the entrance, although a few people would still come through. It would have been nice if there was some signs that were put up or something to let people know that a private event was happening. 2. Email your guests access through the Latch App ahead of time! I didn't realize how the app worked and was busy getting stuff ready beforehand only to realize that when I got there I had to open the door for everyone who came (event was on the 2nd floor and you had to use the Latch app to open the front door, then to get into the elevator, and also to go down the elevator). I had about 30 people who attended and each time I had to run down to let them in. This took away time from myself enjoying my event. I had to have my phone on me at all times and had to keep an eye on messages in case I had to go down to let someone in. I saw that you can email guests so they get access but it would have been too much to collect 30 emails and email everyone before they started showing up. Because of these reasons I give it 4 stars. But everything else was great!

My niece caught the flu the day before her original party date so I reached out to staff management and they were able to help me reschedule the party for a later date with no hassle at all. On the day of her new party date, the staff were there to help me find the space, give me a tour and answered any questions I may have. The space was perfect for our party. And my niece had an amazing time with her friends, and felt super special. I highly recommend this space and the staff management. Thank you again
