About the Space
Hi Studio Renters! This is our photography room. Great for small group photo shoots featuring various photo backdrop colors, a retail rack and a separate shared lounge. This space also works great for private lessons, small group lessons and creative workspace with lots of natural light and dynamic sound system. Max capacity: 16 seated, 18 group class, 25ppl standing. See website for amenities for this room. Studio Specs: 600 sq ft space (18 ft x 34 ft) Capacity: 15 people | 15ppl great for standing and 12 for any mat exercise Photography Backdrop (white, grey, red, yellow, blue), tables, and chairs also available STUDIO IS BLOCK OUT FOR OUR WEEKLY CLASSES: NOT AVAILABLE: M-F 5pm - 10pm & Sat - Sun: 9am - 2:30pm Uses: •Yoga Classes •Dance Classes •Fitness Classes •Events
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
No cooking is allowed on-site
Kitchenette includes sink, microwave and coffee/tea station upon request.
Plates, bowls and silverware available on site.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A great location conveniently located near Union Square - in a secure building - the event space itself is bright, spacious and really inspiring. Our guests liked the vibe. The team onsite is a joy to work with, and they were very accommodating and helpful. If you need high-tech advanced A/V, it might not be the most optimal space, but for us, it worked just fine. A great place for a team off-site, small workshop, or a creative retreat. Would totally book again.

The space was perfect for our group of 20 people! They had the space set up exactly how we asked for it and had materials available for us to use for the workshop we had planned. The only issue was that the projector stand was a bit flimsy and hard to adjust. But the booking was a smooth process and the support staff were very helpful!

Cosy and interesting space, which looks to be usually be used for dance and yoga classes. Everything was fine. We used it for a technical workshop for which projector and screen do not meet up with the latest standards.

The host was incredibly responsive and patient when the Peerspace system had a glitch. Never once did I have to wait long for a response to my questions. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I would use it again!

This was my second time renting this space and my experience was great. Getting in was super easy and the studio is clean. The speaker system is easy to use as well. Jessica is great to work with and she definitely went above and beyond for me!
