Great space for filming movies / commercials This unique intimate home like space is ideal for those hosting a small dinner party (up to 6 people) that can be catered. Breathing Space for meditation Backyard can be available in the spring/ summer season We also have private bedrooms available for overnight stay

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

AHHHH!! I cannot rave about this place enough. It's one thing to walk into a space and find exactly what you're looking for for your project, but then another when the hosts and energy of the space matches. Both Claudia and her husband went above and beyond to ensure the perfection of our project and comfort of both our cast and crew. They were willing to work with our time constraints as well as provide access to refrigerator and yard for easy load in and out. Although this location geographically was not one I was expecting to film in, I feel I've struck gold in a connection with the owners and joy in the space. AMAZING!!
