-Filming must abide by all local parking, equipment and noise ordinances
-No smoking is allowed in the home
-Outside catering is allowed
-No food preparation or storage allowed in home without prior approval
-No adult films
-Depending on the scale and scope of the production, additional fees may apply, including site rep fee to permit, manage the location, and remain on site during the shoot.
-We require appropriate floor and wall protection prior to shoot days (method and scope to be discussed with homeowner)
-Productions are responsible for disposing of their trash off site
-For productions that will be recording audio, or involve other circumstances that require the homeowners to be off-site during filming, there will be a $250/day relocation fee added on to the rental fee
