NO SMOKING No smoking on the premises (including backyard); smokers must be in front of venue at the curb OVERTIME Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate plus applicable beverage costs (no partial hours allowed) MINORS Any guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times ON-SITE STAFF Staff (number depends on guest count) will be on location for the entirety of the event, ensuring the success of the event and also for maintaining the rules and regulations of the venue. LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT All load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe we agree to. If there is an event prior to yours a timed delivery will be required. Guest is responsible for checking in and/or handling any items brought into the venue. All rental times must include any needed set up and tear down - please arrange w/ host. Nate has been the sweetest. Upon arrival I was greeted by their housekeeper Laura who was super kind and very welcoming. She instantly made me feel at home. Their facility is beautiful. So many options to choose from when taking a photoshoot. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a cool vintage style for a photoshoot. You have so many options to choose from just like I did. Nate is an awesome host and communicates very well.

Host was very responsive and answered any issues or questions I had. Space was much more vibrant and colorful in person. Organized and clean. I shot natural light in it and even on a foggy/cloudy day, we had plenty of light. Would definitely book this again.
