Nestled in the Oakland hills this house offers a lovely garden right off a beautiful kitchen with tons of natural south facing light. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage, guest will have access to the whole house and garden. The garden has many nooks and different locations for shots, including a tree house. Walkthroughs are welcome and there is plenty of street parking. The garden is in full spring bloom right now

This was a lovely space, comfortable and cozy while still feeling spacious. Joann was a very responsive and helpful host. I had booked her home to hold a writing retreat for my students. They particularly loved being able to write outside in the enchanting garden. The outdoor gazebo has a large table that has plugs!

We had our team offsite at Joann's place last year and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of the place. We particularly liked the ability to meet as a team as well have meetings. Joann was a great host too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely home, we hosted our work retreat here and found the place more than suited our needs. Joann was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. Plenty of space for a team of our size, great outdoor setup for eating, and lots of street parking available. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The space was beautiful as always for our meeting, and Joann even kindly left a homemade banana bread (delicious!). I highly recommend.
