About the Space
Located near the BWI Business District, our clubhouse offers the ideal space for events, special events, gatherings, company off-sites, game nights, and fundraisers! Versatile enough to host groups up to 60 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 50, including sofas, barstools and lounge chairs - Fireplace - Kitchenette equipped with sink, fridge, food warmers, and microwave - Large Conference/ Dining Table w/ USB ports - Pool Table - Shuffle Board Table - Wifi ***TVs are not available for use*** Take a 3D tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=ePj134V9heg FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The location was perfect for my daughter's 16th Birthday party . Location is beautiful , spacious with modern decor. I could not have asked for a better place. I will definitely book again and also recommend to other people. Few things you need to know when you book this location. You need to enter a code to get access at entry and rest rooms every time the doors shut or closes, that could be very annoying. Bring along door stoppers to crank doors opened. I bought one from Amazon. Bring along your own Brooms,dust pan,mop, trash bags and I even brought my trash can. They do have 2 mini trash cans though. The trash compactor was locked and couldn't access it so we had take our trashes home. Other than that, everything was AMAZING. We loved the place. I'm a happy customer.

The venue was spacious enough for all our family and friends, with a cozy, personal feel that made everyone comfortable. The management team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, accommodating every visit my mom and I needed with our vendors to make sure everything was just right. The layout allowed us to set up several stations, which worked well, and the restrooms were easily accessible. The room itself is stunning, featuring a pool table and TVs – a great addition for our more introverted guests who didn’t feel like playing typical baby shower games. Overall, the Community Center exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a memorable event in a beautiful and well-equipped space!
