8500 square feet There is an indoor area that is perfect for presentations and we have an outdoor patio/roof top that has a small stage for presentations as well. Our venue has a view over Third Street Promenade, 2 blocks away from Santa Monica Pier. Guest fit is 350 guests

Our cleaner will clean the venue prior to your event. We have extra cleaning tools available if necessary. We also provide alcohol sanitizer.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
