About the Space
The space is a fully restored - totally unique - event center with full kitchen, living, dining and event space. Can be used as a guest house, for showers, photography, weddings, business meetings: the possibilities for this gorgeous space are endless. It's filled with fun and interest at every corner - true penny floors in the vaults, historic safe deposit boxes, preserved letters and deposit slips and other banking memorabilia to spark interest and fun photos!

Parking description
There is plenty of street parking available. Overflow parking is available in the alley and in the surrounding streets. For film productions there is a church lot in the next block that is happy to allow truck and RV parking as well as prop trucks and other vehicles as needed.
General Rules
We want you to enjoy your time at the Bartlett National Bank, but we do ask that you refrain from smoking. There is a full kitchen available on site and we allow outside catering as needed.

Health and Safety Measures
We have trained our staff to COVID cleaning protocols.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
