About the Space

We cater to small and mid-sized productions, but we offer the perks of a big studio space. Our green room includes a well-lit hair and makeup station, comfortable seating, clothing racks, and steamer. We have a full kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Our conference room offers a space to take calls or have meetings. Yes, we have WiFi, and it’s fast. Our studio, which measures 1800 square feet, has a 40-by-25-foot cyc wall, a lighting grid, and grip equipment, all of which is included in your rental. Oh, and we’re approximately a 10-second walk to Avondale’s newest craft brewery, Lost Druid. We hear their pale ale is the perfect way to close out a long shoot.

Our main rule of thumb is: please leave the studio and common areas as you found them! We try to make sure the studio is clean and prepared for your shoot, we appreciate you returning it to the same condition. Studio: • Always wear booties on your shoes when walking on the cyc wall. This will prevent unnecessary scuffing and ruining of the paint. • Always use painter’s tape on the cyc wall. Please do not use gaffer’s tape, electric tape, or duct tape; it will pull up the paint. • If the cyc wall is damaged and requires repainting, Damages will be assessed and you will charged the repair fee. • Grip equipment (c stands, sandbags, apple boxes, tape, booties, flags and reflectors) is yours to use and is included in the rental price. Please return it to where you found it. • The control for the A/C unit is on the studio wall by the house lights switch. You may adjust as necessary, but please return it to 78 degrees when you leave. • The two closets in the studio are off-limits, unless you are renting additional equipment. In those cases, the studio manager will assist you with accessing your equipment. Common Areas: Noise: • We have several tenants who enjoy the use of the common areas as well. They rent the offices adjacent to the kitchen. We appreciate you respecting their privacy and keeping the noise in the common areas to a minimum. Kitchen: • Help yourself to use of the kitchen. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, plates, cups, utensils, and paper towels. • Please do not eat any food in the refrigerator that you did not bring. • Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wipe down the counters before you leave. • Please remove any leftover food before you leave. Bathroom: • Please clean up after yourself. No sanitary products in the toilets. Trash: • There is a trash can and recycling in the kitchen and a large trash can in the studio. Please dispose of all trash in those containers. You do not need to remove the trash from the studio. Rental Equipment We have cameras, lights, and other equipment available to rent. Please message us for a full list. If we do not have the equipment available, we can provide recommendations.
