About the Space

We are a vintage American style diner established in 1982 and have been a staple of Burbank since. Was formerly an A & W Rootbeer in the 1960's until it was sold and turned into Eat 'N Park Diner. Our space has great history to it which can be sensed as soon as you walk through our doors. Our space has a lot to offer with red vintage booths, countertop seating and retro decor. We have our own private lot with a big outside patio as well.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fantastic location. Highly cinematic with all the details and touches only a working, operational diner would allot. Positioned well for lighting and ample parking for production. Paul was also incredibly professional and responsive to all our needs. Will book again when the look arises.

The Diner is amazing. We did a music video. It was exactly what we were looking for. Vintage feel. The decor was perfect... gave it a retro feel. Kitchen is epic, nice little bar area and BOOTHS!!! Believe it or not it's hard to find a diner with booths in the LA area to record in. And PAUL... man this guys is awesome.. so accommodating, very upbeat vibe. As soon as you meet him it's like you've known him for years. He gave us our space to record and do as we wished , but was right outside and helped us with anything we needed. He offered coffee or drinks.. he made it so much of a better experience. I would rent this space a 100 times over. Thank you to Paul and his pops for letting us use this wonderful spot.
