About the Space
Highrise building (skyscraper) condominium / residence in downtown Chicago with lake and water views, showing the Navy Pier, and the Trump, Willis, and several other buildings. Both Midway and Ohare airports can be seen in the distance. Residence with piano, fireplace, bar, kitchen, video room, coffered ceilings, stone wall in a historic building. Steam shower, jacuzzi tub, and a separate green room are available as add-ons.
This venue has been used previously in local and national productions.
Complex productions are separately negotiable. These may include, but are not limited to multi-day extended productions, furniture repositioning, equipment storage, etc. Ask for a custom quote when you request this space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
