All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Centrally located off Kirby and W Holcombe Blvd, minutes away from Rice Village, the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, NRG Stadium and the Museum District, our lounge space is perfect for any event. Our luxury lounge is equipped with a full catering kitchen, WIFI and plenty of seating. Versatile enough to host groups of up to 40 people, our spacious lounge is ideal for teams looking for a contemporary space and is easily accessible with plenty of parking. Our space is best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, brainstorming sessions and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - 3 round table seating 4 each - 1 long table with 5 chairs - Lounge seating for up to 6 - 2 coffee tables seating 4 - One 65' inch TV - WiFi - Serving bar attached to kitchen - Kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, ice appliance, Keurig, Stove and Refrigerator - Street parking (6-8 spaces outside of venue) FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Parking description
There is free public parking for about 4-5 spaces at 7300 Brompton Street (depending on availability). There is also street parking along Brompton Street. We recommend utilizing rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft.
General Rules
Parties larger than 30 people or where alcohol will be served will require one-time insurance. We accept insurance purchased from www.eventhelper.com, Peerspace’s recommended provider. Depending on your event, these policies have a one-time fee of about $50-$140.
The Peerspace guest booking the space is required to sign a supplemental agreement prior to the event.
Our space, including all outdoor areas, is entirely smoke-free and pet-free. We do not allow drugs or drug-related events. Services animals are welcome.
We recommend you tour the space to make sure it suits your needs.
Your reservation should include time for set up, clean up, and removal of any personal items. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Cleaning fee is included in the total cost, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in and dispose of all trash.
All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team will help coordinate any additional services you may need, and can be contacted at [email protected] Caterers may require additional liability insurance. In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success.
Please take great care of our space. No penetrating items (i.e. nails, etc.) should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Miscellaneous requirements:
Signs and displays are subject to Host’s approval. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No amplified music is allowed. Guest is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times.

Yes, I would book again.
The host was very responsive, and allowed me to come by to see the venue before booking. The space itself is very spacious and well designed. Had issues connecting to the TV, so suggest bringing a computer with an HDMI port if you need to use the television. Also good to note that there is a pool located behind the venue, though noise wasn't an issue during our event. Overall a great space for our bridal shower, and would book again.
