Our 2500 square foot studio offers beautiful daylight from our wall of 14' windows. Each one is outfitted with black out curtains.

Studio East is a quiet space, but is not completely soundproof.

Our building offers both passenger and freight elevators.

The studio offers 2 separate lounge areas which a great for staging talent or for closed door break away meetings.

Our outlets are on alternating circuits.

We love our space and hope you do too! Please treat our space as if it was your own. No smoking in the building. No alcohol allowed. INSURANCE A certificate of liability insurance is required from all renters. If you do not carry a liability policy, you can easily purchase affordable, daily coverage from companies like https://www.thimble.com/ OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Our cleaning crew will remove two bags of trash. Additional bags are charged at a cost of $25 per bag. Larger trash items are $100 per item. FURNITURE Furniture may be used and moved within the space to suit your needs, but it must be replaced as it was found. A fee of $100 will be charged if furniture is not replaced to its original position. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. A 2 million dollar liability policy is required.

Furniture may be moved to accommodate your shoot.
